Short version: we don't collect anything. Your scores, your saves, your sweat — all stay on your Vision Pro.
Football does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data whatsoever. There are no Devpool servers, no databases, no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking of any kind.
TL;DR — Zero personal data. Zero analytics. Zero advertising. Your high scores live in UserDefaults on your Vision Pro. Nothing — at all — leaves the device. The app does not make any network calls except those required by Apple's SharePlay infrastructure when you choose to play multiplayer.
Football is a party game. You pick one of three modes (Goals, Penalty, Goalkeeper), pick one of seven stadium decors, and play — either solo or with up to eight friends through SharePlay. All gameplay logic, scoring, physics, and audio are computed locally on your Apple Vision Pro and never leave the device.
Personal best scores, selected stadium, last-used mode, and game settings live in UserDefaults on your device. They are not synchronized to any Devpool service.
Football uses Apple's ARKit to read your hand positions (for the virtual gloves in Goalkeeper and Penalty modes) and visionOS head pose data (to detect headers in Goals and Penalty modes).
visionOS exposes both of these as anonymized skeletal and pose data — we never see camera frames, raw video, or any identifying imagery. All processing happens on-device and in real time. Nothing is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.
Football uses Apple's SharePlay technology for multiplayer sessions of up to 8 players. All multiplayer communication runs directly between devices through Apple's FaceTime infrastructure. We have no visibility into anything exchanged during a session — not the selected stadium, not the scores, not the participants.
Game state (ball position, current scores, chosen mode, stadium) is synchronized peer-to-peer through SharePlay and is never stored or transmitted to a Devpool server. When you end a session, all that state is dropped.
Football does not use the microphone. We never request microphone permission.
Football does not access your photo library or any media content. We never request these permissions.
Camera access is handled exclusively by visionOS for passthrough rendering and the on-device hand/head tracking described above. The app itself never receives a single camera frame.
All sound effects (crowd noise, ball strike, whistle, stadium ambience) are bundled inside the app as audio files. Football does not stream audio from any external service, does not request access to your Apple Music library, and does not use MusicKit. Nothing about your music taste is ever read or transmitted.
Football does not request HealthKit access. If you'd like a real workout counter for your goalkeeper sprints, the Apple Watch or the standalone Fitness app handles that natively.
Football does not access your local network, does not perform mDNS discovery, and does not request Bluetooth permissions. There are no smart-home integrations, no nearby device scans, no IoT hooks.
Football is free to download and has no in-app purchases. There are no premium stadiums to unlock, no ad-removal tier, no cosmetic store. Everything in the app is yours from the moment you install it.
Football does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app collects no data at all, there is nothing here to worry about.
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. Realistically though — our policy is: we collect nothing. That's not going to change.
